Why Youth Mentoring Matters
Research consistently shows that quality mentoring relationships have profound impacts on young people's lives. Children with mentors are more likely to graduate from high school, pursue higher education, and develop into confident, successful adults.
In Greensboro, many children face challenges that can be overcome with the right support and guidance. Our mentors provide that crucial connection, helping youth navigate difficulties while building the skills and resilience needed for long-term success.
"The influence of a caring adult mentor can completely change the trajectory of a young person's life. We see it happen every day in our programs."
